Please fill out the Rent Now form and we will follow up with a lease form and a pre-authorized deposit form. You will receive gate and padlock codes once the lease and pre-authorized deposit forms have been signed and submitted. On the start date of your lease, we will process the first rent payment.

Leases are effective on a month-to-month basis. You can cancel your lease any time by emailing info@yucanstorage.ca. You will need to give your notice one full month before move-out. For example, to end a lease for August 31, you must email us by July 31.

We offer all our tenants access 24/7. There is no need to give us a call or schedule an appointment.
A 20’ Sea-Can container is about the size of a one-car garage. This space will accommodate a fridge, washer and dryer, three mattress sets, a dining room set, bookcases, couches, and boxes. Alternatively, this unit can store six quads or three full-size snowmobiles, plus camping gear.

Bare-land storage layouts are available in a number of different configurations and sizes, ranging from 4,785 SF to 37,614 SF, so you can choose the storage area that best suits your needs.

Our 34 foot Vehicle/Trailer/RV/Boat parking is 12′ wide × 34′ long. Our 20 foot Vehicle/Trailer/RV/Boat parking is 12′ wide × 20′ long, so you can choose the one that best suits your needs.

When you rent a Sea-Can container or bare-land parcel, you will receive a gate code and a DaVinci padlock code. You are welcome to continue to use the DaVinci padlock or you can use your own. If you use your own, please return the DaVinci padlock to our lockbox drop box, which is located at the entry of the facility.
Yes, security cameras have been installed at the entry point of YuCan Storage.
Accordion ContentPayment is processed through pre-authorized deposit forms. The rent payment will be debited to your account on the first day of each month.
Once the lease is signed, a damage deposit will be processed, that’s equal to one month’s rent, to hold the requested unit. After the lease has been terminated and the unit inspected, your damage deposit will be credited to your account.
